When you purchase from China ,will you choose trading company or factory?
Yesterday ,i talked with one of our customer,a 6 years purchase from Kazakhstan .let’s listen to what he say ….
“I have been working as a purchase for 6 years.In the past 6 years, i have visited more than 100 factories,but only 20 or so companies have actually cooperated,and 10 or so have maintained long-term cooperation,you are one of them.
We don’t cooperate easily with factories,we prefer trading company.But as long as they start to cooperate,as long as they don’t make mistakes that we can’t stand,we usually won’t replace them.”

“I don’t particularly familiar with the industrial chain of various products in China.
Although i got to know a lot of suppliers in the exhibition, the products are varied and of different quality. Different producing area, product quality, price difference is very big, we cannot buy goods to be complete in a factory.
Like we are on oil and gas market,they only produce flange and fittings,but we also purchase from you like gasket,bolts ,pipe or other special products….
Foreign trade companies are more professional and flexible than most factories,i don’t want to wrong everything,like delivery ,custom ,payment term ….you can do all for me.
Communication is important in business ,normally trade company sales can speak better English .
Able to control product quality, delivery time and complaints
Anyway i think cooperating to have security, happy feeling,have profit to be able to make, that’s the most important thing to choose a partner.That’s why I choose your company.”
