Our recently order for seamless 24″ carbon steel tee , and one weld line 42″*24″ tee .The thickness is 59mm and the client required high quality .

Normally this kind of order is hard to process, because when producing ,we face two questions :

1.Normally 42″*24″ tee has two weld line,but the customer asked for one weld line.

2.the thickness is too much,it takes much time to get the raw material .Especially the number is relatively small, but the delivery time is tight.

We use plate made a 42″ pipe ,then pushed the 24″ branch . our workers work extra hours night and weekend.During this time,our veneer reeling machine was a little broken for the extra thick wall for the long time working.But finally completed this order in time .

After shaping ,we sand blast first ,painting ,and marking.When packed ,we add Plastic protective cap.Providence does not let down a man who does his best.The customer is very satisfied with our product,other order is coming soon .
