CuNi 90 / 10 mainly refers to the ratio of copper content to nickel content, reaching 90:10. This ratio usually refers to the American Standard c70600 material, which is copper nickel alloy, and the corresponding domestic material is B10 material.

heat treatment specification: casting temperature: 1330 ~ 1350 ℃;
annealing temperature: 780 ~ 810 ℃;
extrusion hot working temperature: 900 ~ 960 ℃;
low temperature annealing temperature for eliminating internal stress: 250 ~ 300 ℃.
C70600 alloy has good seawater corrosion resistance, marine fouling resistance, excellent manufacturing and welding properties, high hydrogen brittleness resistance and good low temperature performance.
Application occasion c70600 alloy is mainly used in marine, chemical, petrochemical and shipbuilding industries, and is the main force of copper nickel alloy used in seawater pipeline and marine system.
