What is a reducing flange?

Reducing flange is a special flange used to connect two different diameters pipes in a piping system,commonly it is joint together with regular standard flange.It’s inside diameter is different from that of standard flange.

In engineering,when the use of standard flange can not match with pipe fittings,pipe connection,use reducer flange.
