Hot dip galvanized pipe fittings refer to the galvanized treatment of pipe fittings. Hot dip galvanized pipe fittings include galvanized elbow, galvanized flange, galvanized tee and galvanized pipe cap seal.
The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick, which has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the pipe base and the molten plating solution, forming a corrosion-resistant Zn Fe alloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the pipe base. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
The main production process of hot-dip galvanized pipe fittings is as follows: degreasing → rinsing → acid pickling → cleaning → dipping plating AIDS → hot air drying → hot-dip galvanizing → internal and external blowing → cooling → passivation and rinsing.
