The reducer’s reduction forming process is to put a tube blank equal to the diameter of the big end of the reducer into a forming mold, and to move the metal along the mold cavity and shrink and form by pressing in the axial direction of the tube blank.According to the size of the reducer of the reducer,it is divided into one press forming or multiple press forming.

Stamping:

In addition to the use of steel pipes as raw materials for the production of reducers,some of the reducers can also be produced by steel plate stamping forming processes.The shape of the die used for the drawing is designed with reference to the inner surface size of the reducer,and the steel sheet after the blanking is punched and formed by a die.
