For prepare Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) inspection,Haihao Group quality control department do a lot of work for the documents.
After that factory should work together with third party inspection,and the process for the IBR Approval it’s just as below:
1.Appearance Checking:Checking 10% quantity Randomly.Mainly Checking the finished products conformity with the drawings.And checking if any visible defect.
UT INSPECTION FOR PIPE FITTINGS
2.Size checking:Checking 10% quantity Randomly.Mainly checking if the fitting’s dimension are Conform with the drawings or not.
3.Witness the Chemical Component and Mechanical Property sampling process.Chemical Component it’s as per the Heat Number.Mechanical Property it’s as per Lot Number.
PMI TEST CHEMICAL COMPOSITION FOR ELBOW
4.Witness the Chemical Component test.
5.Witness the Mechanical Property test.
TENSILE TEST FOR PIPE FITTINGS MATERIAL
6.Witness the NDT test.Inspection 10% quantity randomly.If seamless fittings,Including UT and MT or PT.If welded fittings,including RT,UT,MT or PT.(NDT Test Methods used for piping products)
MPI TEST FOR ELBOW SURFACE
7.Documents Inspection: Checking raw material Mill Test Certificate and FORM IV Certificate,Pipe Mill Test Certificate and FORM IIIA Certificate.Pipe Fittings Mill Test Certificate and FORM IIIC Certificate.Chemical Component Test Report;Heat Treatment Report;NDT test Report.
All above process need take several days to handle.Especially the documents need long time to make.But though this inspection,we learned more experience.Haihao Group strictly carrys out rigorous quality control and products inspection to ensure continual quality flanges and pipe fittings.
