Low-Temperature Toughness: Carbon steel pipes (A333 GR.6) are normalized to provide impact resistance at temperatures as low as -45°C.

Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel pipes (A312 TP316L) offer superior resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, ideal for seawater and LNG handling.

Compliance with LNG Standards: Manufactured as per ASME B36.10 and ASME B36.19M with full traceability and material certification (EN 10204 3.1).

Precision Beveled Ends (BE): Prepared for seamless butt welding installation to ensure zero-leakage pipelines.

Strict Quality Control: Dimensional accuracy, wall thickness verification, NDT testing (UT, RT), PMI inspection, and hydrostatic tests completed before dispatch.

Packing & Delivery

All pipes were packed in strong wooden cases and steel-framed bundles with plastic caps on both ends to prevent mechanical damage and corrosion during transportation. Shipment was arranged to meet the client’s project schedule in Indonesia.
