Haihao Group has completed a new shipment of ASTM A333 Grade 6 seamless pipes for a valued customer in Russia. This order includes 24-inch pipes in SCH STD/20 and SCH 40 wall thicknesses, fully manufactured in accordance with ASME B36.10M, ASME B16.25, and the stringent requirements of NACE MR0103 for sour service applications.
These seamless pipes are supplied in 12-meter fixed lengths, with beveled ends (BE) prepared in compliance with ASME B16.25 Fig. 2a / 3a. End protection plugs and color-coded markings ensure safe handling and easy identification during transport and installation.

All seamless pipes were produced from fully deoxidized steel and subjected to mandatory mechanical and nondestructive examinations, ensuring safe performance in low-temperature and sour service pipeline conditions.
Mandatory Tests Conducted
- Chemical Analysis – Fully compliant with NACE MR0103 chemistry limits
- Tensile Test – Required and performed for each lot
- Impact Test (Charpy V-notch) at –45°C
- Average (3 specimens): ≥ 18 J
- Single minimum: ≥ 14 J
- Flattening Test – Mandatory
- Flaring / Drift Expansion Test – Mandatory
- Hydrostatic Test – 100% of pipes, no leakage
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – 100% volumetric inspection
- Surface Visual Inspection – 100%
- Inclusion Rating (Non-metallic Inclusion) – According to NACE quality requirements

To meet sour service requirements, materials strictly followed:

- Si ≤ 0.43% (t < 25 mm)
- V ≤ 0.02%

- V + Nb ≤ 0.03%
All surfaces were verified to be free from cracks, slag, or lack of fusion. Impact specimens were taken from heat-treated materials to ensure consistency in low-temperature performance.
