20# Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes for Industrial Use

Most of the pipes in this project were manufactured from 20# carbon steel, a commonly used material in mechanical equipment, pressure piping, and industrial manufacturing applications.

The 20# steel grade provides a balanced combination of strength, toughness, and machinability. Its stable chemical composition and good welding performance make it suitable for applications requiring reliable metal performance and further fabrication.

In addition to carbon steel products, the order also included a 12Cr1MoV alloy steel pipe with a size of 16 × 2.5 mm.

12Cr1MoV is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel widely used in high-temperature applications due to its improved heat resistance and mechanical strength. This material is commonly applied in power generation equipment, boilers, heat exchangers, and other systems operating under elevated temperatures.
