Haihao Group has completed fabrication and shipment of ASTM A333 Gr.6 seamless steel pipe for a Russian oil and gas project. This batch includes two distinct product variants: DN50 galvanized threaded pipe for low-temperature service, and DN80 bevel-ended pipe engineered for sour and low-temperature working conditions, both SCH80 and manufactured to ASME B36.10M.
The DN50 ASTM A333 Gr.6 seamless steel pipe is fine-grained carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A153. It features NPT threaded ends to ASME B1.20.1, with OD 60.3 mm and wall thickness 5.54 mm. The pipe follows MESC SPE 74/004 2015 and comes with ISO 10474-3.1B certification, alongside vendor compliance declaration and full MTC documentation required by the project.

The second variant of ASTM A333 Gr.6 seamless steel pipe is DN80 SCH80, designed for sour low-temperature service. This seamless pipe has bevel ends, OD 88.9 mm, and adheres to MESC SPE 74/004 2019. Material certification is supplied to EN 10204-3.1 and ISO 10474-3.1, with NACE documentation ready for hydrocarbon service evaluation.
When selecting pipe for cold or sour environments, project engineers prioritize ASTM A333 Gr.6 seamless steel pipe with full material traceability. The A333 Grade 6 carbon steel delivers reliable low-temperature toughness, while the galvanized coating on DN50 units adds extra corrosion protection for exposed piping. We carefully separate and label these two pipe types before packing to avoid mix-up during delivery to Russia.
Our team prepares the full package of vendor documents for this order, including material test certificates and NACE compliance files. We can produce ASTM A333 Gr.6 seamless steel pipe with custom end finishes: NPT threads, plain ends or bevel ends, and offer galvanized coating as requested. These low-temperature and sour service pipes are widely used for Russian energy, pipeline and processing plant projects.
