On November 23, the Mozambican government held a ceremony in Pemba City, Cabo Delgado Province in the north to celebrate the official operation of the Kolor Floating LNG Project in the province. Haihao Group was responsible for the supply of some pipeline fittings for the project.

The Kolor Project is the first ultra deepwater floating LNG project in the world, with a water depth of more than 2000 meters. The project integrates the world’s most cutting-edge deep-sea LNG technology and is developed in the mode of “underwater production system” and “floating LNG ship”. The first floating LNG ship is located in the northeast sea area of Pemba, the northern city of Mozambique, with a length of 432 meters, a total weight of 220000 tons and a cable laying length of more than 1000 kilometers.
