This batch of ASTM A790M Duplex 2507 seamless pipe follows ASTM A790M-20 and ASME B36.19 dimensional rules, covering DN15 up to DN50 with outside diameters starting at 21.3 mm. Super duplex 2507 is selected for sections exposed to chloride-rich media, where regular 304 stainless cannot deliver stable pitting resistance. Every ASTM A790M Duplex 2507 seamless pipe is produced as seamless extruded tube, controlled for wall thickness and surface finish before marking and bundling.
The larger share of this order consists of AISI 304 stainless pipe, split between EN 10216-5 seamless pressure tube and EN 10217-7 welded variants. All 304 pipes are cut to uniform 6 m pieces, a common stock length preferred by Russian fabricators for easy prefabrication. Sizes range from small 17.2 mm OD runs up to 406.4 mm OD, covering a broad spectrum of low-to-moderate corrosion service lines. Our QA team separated duplex and 304 bundles clearly, so warehouse crews can pull the correct grade without mix-ups.
Traceability and dimensional consistency were checked line by line before shipment. Each pipe carries grade, standard, heat number and size marking. We organised the packing plan to protect thin stainless walls during inland transit and ocean haulage, avoiding scratches and end damage that would delay acceptance at the destination.
