Large-bore bevel-end units include DN300 SCH80 (323.9mm OD, 17.48mm wall) for general low-temperature service, and DN250 SCH160 (273.1mm OD, 28.58mm wall) variants rated for combined sour and low-temperature operation. For smaller connection and instrumentation lines, the order includes DN40 SCH80 A333 Gr6 seamless pipe with hot-dip galvanized finish per ASTM A153, threaded with NPT ends to ASME B1.20.1. These galvanized threaded pipes are supplied in 3-meter and 6-meter lengths to suit site assembly sequences. All A333 Grade 6 pipes comply with MESC SPE 74/004 specifications, a mandatory benchmark for Russian energy and industrial infrastructure.
Complementing the low-temperature carbon steel range, the shipment also includes stainless steel seamless pipes for corrosion-prone process sections. TP316 pipe in DN20 SCH80S (26.7mm OD, 3.91mm wall) is supplied in 6-meter plain-end lengths per ASME B36.19M. Larger 6-inch (DN150) TP316L pipe (168.3mm OD, 7.11mm wall, SCH40S) is supplied in 5-meter lengths, conforming to ASME B36.19M and listed as recommended for Russian Federation industrial installations. Both stainless grades meet MESC SPE 74/008 requirements, with full material traceability through production.
Every pipe in this order undergoes strict dimensional verification and quality inspection before dispatch. Carbon steel units are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 and ISO 10474 3.1 material test certificates, while stainless pipes carry ISO 10474 3.1B and EN 10204 3.1 certification. For high-pressure applications, CU TR conformity declarations are provided where required.
