The MSS SP-97 ASTM A182 GR F51 RF flange-olets supplied to the client are manufactured to exacting standards. They are made from ASTM A182 GR F51 material, ensuring excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The flanges feature a Raised Face (RF) seal type, providing a reliable seal for various industrial applications.

The client ordered flange-olets with dimensions of 2″x6″, a 150# pressure rating, and SCH40S thickness. These dimensions and ratings make them suitable for a wide range of piping systems. The products have undergone heat treatment, and the ferrite content (PREN) is ≥35, ensuring superior performance in demanding environments.

Haihao Group has provided comprehensive inspection reports for the flange-olets, including microstructure, hardness, pitting corrosion, non-destructive testing, and low-temperature impact testing (-46℃ with a minimum impact energy of 35J).
