Haihao Group has successfully completed the delivery of Inconel 825 seamless pipes to a long-term client in Turkey, marking another milestone in the company’s growing portfolio of nickel alloy piping solutions for the global energy industry.
The supplied products are manufactured in full compliance with ASTM B423 UNS N08825, ASME B36.19M, and NACE MR0175 requirements – ensuring corrosion resistance and mechanical reliability under sour service conditions.

Project Overview
This order includes 6-inch Inconel 825 seamless pipes, with a wall thickness of 3.4 mm (Schedule 10S) and a total length of 6 meters. Each pipe was delivered with beveled ends (BE) for welding preparation, and 3.1 material certification according to EN 10204:2004 was provided to guarantee full traceability.
The pipes are produced using the seamless manufacturing process, providing superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting, which are critical in oil, gas, and chemical processing environments.
Why Inconel 825 for Sour Service Systems
Inconel 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, engineered for excellent resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as to chloride-induced stress corrosion. Its compliance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 makes it a preferred choice for sour gas environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H₂S).
Haihao Group’s engineering team carefully evaluated the client’s application environment — involving high chloride concentration and corrosive media — before recommending Inconel 825 as the ideal material.
