The new pipe fittings and flanges order for Korea market are finished and under ABS(American Bureau of Shipping) inspection in our warehouse.

The goods are produced for important marine project,so client request the third party inspection from ABS,and the inspection certificate should be according to EN10204 3.2 standard. As a PED approved manufacturer,we proceeded the production and inspection with ABS inspector.

To get the 3.2 certificate for the goods, we do all kinds of inspection and test in as per EN10204 standard. The goods are our regular products carbon steel flanges and pipe fittings.Besides the dimensions inspection,NDT test,chemical composition inspection, we also arranged the mechanical properties testing to check the yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact test and so on.(NDT Test Methods used for piping products)

After all these inspection and testing, we finally got the 3.2 test certificate from ABS and finished this order completely.
